Ingredients:
1 cup red beans, cooked and chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, grated
1 thelb hudhër, e grirë
1/2 filxhan thërrime buke
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until a uniform mass is created. Shape the burgers and cook in a pan with olive oil until golden on both sides. Serve with burger buns and your favorite side dishes.
