Ingredients:
200g of pasta (according to your choice)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/4 cup of vegan pesto
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
Boil the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the cherry tomatoes and spinach. Cook for about 5 minutes.
Mix the cooked pasta with the pesto and the cooked vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste and serve warm.
