Humus me spec të kuq 

Red pepper hummus 

Ingredients: 

1 cup boiled chickpeas 

1 red pepper, roasted and peeled 

2 tablespoons of tahini 

2 cloves of garlic, minced 

Juice of 1 lemon 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation: 

In a blender, mix all the ingredients until you get a smooth mixture. Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
