Tacos me tofu dhe lakër të kuqe  

Tacos with tofu and red cabbage  

Ingredients: 

200g tofu, cut into cubes 

1 cup red cabbage, thinly sliced 

1 carrot, grated 

1 avocado, sliced 

4 corn tortillas 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

Juice of 1 lemon 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation: 

Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the tofu until golden. In a bowl, mix red cabbage, carrot and lemon juice. Heat the tortillas and place the tofu and cabbage mixture in the middle. Add avocado slices as desired and serve.
