Shpageta me salcë me avokado dhe spinaq 

Spaghetti with avocado and spinach sauce 

Ingredients: 

200g spaghetti 

2 avocados, baked and peeled 

1 cup of fresh spinach 

2 cloves of garlic, minced 

Juice of 1 lemon 

2 tablespoons of olive oil 

Salt and pepper to taste 

Preparation: 

Cook the spaghetti according to package directions. In a blender, blend the avocado, spinach, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil until you get a smooth sauce. 

Mix the cooked spaghetti with the avocado sauce and serve warm.
