Burrito me fasule të zeza dhe oriz 

Black Bean and Rice Burritos 

Ingredients: 

1 cup black beans, cooked 

1 cup white rice, cooked 

1/2 onion, chopped 

1 tomato, diced 

1 avocado, sliced 

4 corn tortillas 

1/4 cup salsa 

1/4 cup fresh coriander, chopped 

Preparation: 

In a bowl, mix the black beans, rice, onion and tomato. Warm the tortillas and place a dollop of the bean mixture in the middle. Add avocado slices and salsa as desired. Wrap and serve immediately.
